• When Beacon Club is hosting an event, we’ll send an email to everyone on the Special Event Volunteer list.
• The email will include the event details and a list of volunteer roles available.
• You decide if you’re interested and sign up for a spot—no obligation if it doesn’t fit your schedule!

Whether it’s helping set up, greeting guests, serving food, or supporting activities, our volunteers play a big part in making every event a success.
