Bus Rental

Our 22 passenger + driver mobility accessible bus is available for rent pending other bookings.

It can be booked for 8-hour, 12-hours, 24-hours blocks or multiple days.

First Come First Served – based on received deposit and signed contract.  Timeslot is only held once deposit is paid (credit card over the phone or e-transfer).

User Group’s Driver must supply copy of driver’s license and driver’s abstract at least two (2) weeks prior to first rental.  The same driver for subsequent rentals will only be required to submit abstract at the Beacon Club’s request.

Driver must attend an orientation to the bus during the two weeks prior to first rental.

 

Rates:   (subject to change without notice outside of existing signed contracts)

Deposits:  $200 non-refundable booking fee and $200 deposit against not returning bus clean or not returning bus filled;  the booking deposit will be transferred to a future rental should the rental be rebooked and another user found to book the timeslot of the cancelled reservation

100km per 24 hour rental included, pro-rated for other rental periods

Beginning September 1, 2024 our rates will be: 

Per 8 hours: $325 plus $.60/km

Per 12 hours: $375 plus $.60/km

Per 24-hour day:  $550 plus $.60/km

Beacon Club Supplied Driver (no guarantees on availability)

Per Hour (no partial hours)

• 6am – 9pm - $32.00 ($30 for driver, $2 for administration)
• 9pm – 6am - $37.00  ($35 for driver, $2 for administration)

Other Info:

Bus will be rented full of diesel, must be returned full

Bus must be returned broom swept and spills cleaned.

Driver:

For shorter bookings, a driver may be available

For driver's supplied by the user group, the prospective driver must provide, at least two weeks prior to rental, :

• a Class 4 Unrestricted License,
• a Driver's Abstract acceptable to the CR Beacon Club
• Attend an orientation to the bus.
