Mobility Accessible Bus Rental
Our 22-passenger + driver mobility accessible bus is ideal for weddings, traveling sports teams, pub crawls, group events to prevent drinking and driving, and for traveling with friends.
Subject to availability. You can book the bus for 4-hours, 8-hour, 12-hour, or 24-hour blocks, or even for multiple days and can be rented with or without a driver.
Booking Policy
Rentals are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booking is only secured once a deposit is paid and a completed, signed contract is received.
Payment Options
We offer three payment methods:
Cash (in person at the Beacon Club)
Cheque (by mail or in person at the Beacon Club)
Credit Card (over the phone or in person at the Beacon Club)
Driver Options
Beacon Club Supplied Driver:
Your booking and deposit will be confirmed once a driver is secured. The renter pays the driver for the entire rental period unless a mutually acceptable adjustment is made.
Renter Supplied Driver:
Prospective drivers must provide a Class 1, 2, or 4 Unrestricted License, a Driver's Abstract acceptable to the CR Beacon Club, and attend an orientation to the bus at least two weeks prior to the rental.
There is a one-time fee of $100 to cover staff time to add the driver(s) to our insurance and provide an orientation to the bus provide that this can be done at one time for each of the insurance and orientation for user groups with multiple drivers.
Additional Details
The rental period begins and ends at the Beacon Club, not at the first and last pickup.
The bus will be clean at the start of the rental period with a full tank of diesel and must be returned broom swept, seats wiped of any spills, and with a full tank of diesel.
Mileage: $0.60 per kilometre
Deposit: $400
$200 non-refundable booking fee plus a $200 deposit against not returning the bus cleaned, damagaged or fuel tank filled.

Youth Groups, Registered Charities (that provide direct service to the disadvantaged):
4 hours - $280
8 hours - $325
12 hours - $400
24 hours - $525
All Other Renters:
4 hours - $380
8 hours - $425
12 hours - $500
24 hours - $625
Mileage:
Each rental will include the free kilometers as outlined below. Mileage after this will be billed at $0.60 (fifty cents) per kilometer.
4 hours – 25kms
8 hours - 50 kms
12 hours - 75 kms
24 hours - 100 kms
Driver Rates
6am – 9pm: $42.00 per hour
9pm – 6am: $47.00 per hour
