In previous years for our holiday parties we have gone with a private driver. This year we decided to use the Beacon bus, surprisingly employees who usually opted to drive asked if they could "also be picked up by the bus'. Mobility Accessible Bus Rental
Our 22-passenger + driver mobility accessible bus is ideal for weddings, traveling sports teams, pub crawls, group events to prevent drinking and driving, and for traveling with friends.

Booking Policy
Rentals are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booking is only secured once the deposit is paid and a completed, signed contract is received.
Payment Options
We offer three payment methods:
Cash (in person at the Beacon Club)
Cheque (by mail or in person at the Beacon Club)
Credit Card (over the phone or in person at the Beacon Club)
Driver Options
Beacon Club Supplied Driver:
Your booking and deposit will be confirmed once a driver is secured. The renter pays the driver for the entire rental period unless a mutually acceptable adjustment is made.
6:00am - 9:00pm - $42/hour
9:01pm - 5:59am - $47/hour
Renter Supplied Driver:
Prospective drivers must provide a Class 2, or 4 Unrestricted License, a Driver's Abstract acceptable to the CR Beacon Club, and attend an orientation to the bus at least two weeks prior to the rental.
There is a one-time fee of $100 to cover staff time to add the driver(s) to our insurance and provide an orientation to the bus provide that this can be done at one time for each of the insurance and orientation for user groups with multiple drivers.
Additional Details
The rental time period begins and ends in the Beacon Club parking lot.
The bus will be clean at the start of the rental period with a full tank of diesel and must be returned broom swept, seats wiped of any spills, and with a full tank of diesel.
Deposit: $600
$200 non-refundable booking fee plus a $400 deposit against not returning the bus cleaned, damaged or fuel tank filled.
Rental Rates
Youth Groups, Registered Charities (that provide direct service to the disadvantaged):
$70/hr (minimum of 4 hours)
All Other Renters:
$95/hr (minimum of 4 hours)
Mileage: $0.70 (seventy cents) per kilometer.
