Welcome to the Campbell River Beacon Club

Open House!!

Thursday, May 16th 11am - 3pm

Learn about our work and how we can collaborate to Help Adults with Mental Health Challenges

We are reaching out to introduce the Campbell River Beacon Club to other service agencies, businesses, governmental departments and the public.

The Beacon Club is a compassionate social service agency dedicated to supporting individuals 19 years and older who have been diagnosed with persistent depression, anxiety, and or other mental illnesses. We recognize the challenges faced by those with mental health conditions, including feelings of misunderstanding, discrimination, and isolation. Our club aims to provide a supportive environment where individuals can engage in activities, participate in community outings, workshops, enjoy healthy meals, and foster meaningful friendships.  Staff also support clients (members) through advocacy and counselling (non-therapeutic) for day-to-day challenges.

We warmly invite you to attend our upcoming open house event to learn more about the services and activities we offer at the Beacon Club and discuss how our agencies can support each other. Please feel free to bring along any clients who may benefit from becoming members of our community.

Open House Location:  684 Island Highway, Campbell River (Across from Discovery Pier and immediately south of Redden Net)

Date: Thursday, May 16, 2024
